Friday I woke up to a flat tire! :-( So frustrating. I immediately called the local Firestone on 120th. Less than 24 hours later they ordered the tires, and installed them! These guys are life savers. I truly appreciate good service! Thank you Firestone!

I was n there a couple of weeks ago. I was told they couldn't rotate my Mother's tires until the next day Saturday. When I arrived Saturday the General Manager asked if the 4Runner was pulling to one side or the other when I drove it. He said if it isn't pulling it is a "waste of his time to balance the tires." I reminded him it was part of the service being the tires were purchased at Firestone. He said he showed no record of the purchase. I told him the tires were purchased at another location that my buddy managed. I ordered new tires and a battery from the 120th location and the tires were to be mounted Monday. Once I thought about it I thought this manager was representing ownership and he had a lousy disposition so I went to BIg Brand Tires on 80th & Sheridan and dealt with Shelby the manager. I purchased new tires and two batteries with a 60 month warranty. I was told by the manager at Firestone on 120th that he could only offer a 36 month warranty and If I wanted a 60 month I would have to go to the battery manufacturing company???????? I have used Firestone many times. I will not return. Shelby gave me a great deal on tires and the batteries. She is going to replace my b

Outstanding auto care and customer service. Alex and Draven are a terrific team ...they took me in and gave efficient service even though I was late getting towed. They offered good advice on repairs needed now and things that might come up in the future. I feel so much safer on the road now that they detected the problems that caused my car to stop working, completely, with little notice. This is my third state and 22nd year letting Firestone rescue me ...and conveniently located near places to relax while work is done. Hats off to fine work Alex!

I came in to get my thermostat looked at for the 4th time. I had it replaced months ago, but it was still giving me issues the other firestone said it was in range and didn't fix it. This firestone is replacing my thermostat with a new dealership thermostat not a cheep one. They are fixing a mistake from another firestone for me. They replaced my air bleeder as well as doing a coolant flush. They helped get the price down for me so I wouldn't be paying as much as I would have payed at the other firestone. I am so grateful. They are quick and so very kind. I will continue to come here over any other firestone.

To be honest I came in looking for an alignment and was completely turned off by an irate customer that was questioning the integrity of this shop. I turned right around and walked out. Unfortunately my confidence in the shop was shot due to the interaction of the tech and customer.
